Panel 1: a trolley sits on the tracks with a switch off to an alternate track. On the main track, there is nothing to impede the trolley. On the switch off track stands The Roadrunner (see Warner Bros). At the track’s lever stands Wile E. Coyote who has thrown the lever switching the trolley’s path of travel.
Panel 2: The trolley drifts sideways off the track to run over Wile E. Coyote.

If you made a meme tell it how you made it in steps from picture to top and bottom text (actually add that or meta info like the text is shifted to not overlapp part of the image). If you made a photo tell where you put the focus plane and if you used aperture or other specific additional metadata to the photo. That also helps for the stunned not knowing what seeing visual reader.
Also none of this was ever seen by somepwny visually impaired, as they do not go diving into the comments in the hope someone adds alttext there.
