Tanks are also very heavy.

I somewhat question the 220gpm per second figure. That seems maybe too high. You know those big streams of water you see coming from ladder trucks for building fires? It would take the equivalent of 12 or 13 of those to flow that much water. It's just a whole fucking lot of water. Fill a swimming pool in 1 minute.
