Assuming you can actually kill god, and not just fracture It. It's power, and It's will, still lives on. As evidenced by the effects of It's shards on their bearers.

    I would say the original god is definitely dead, since there is no reforming it.

    Only some of the fragments of its will are still intact, and of those, Harmony so far seems like they won't ever be consumed by that will (unless there is something in a new book I dont know about).

    The will of the storm outright says it is a different entity than the shattered shard that presided over the world previously, and that said shard is definitively dead.
