I respectfully disagree, once as I was leaving Walmart I saw a women walking with her shopping cart, grab the bags out as it was rolling and just walked away, leaving the cart flying through the parking lot towards someone's car, I literally ran after it and grabbed it. I was a kid when this happened, and I almost tore that lady's head off, even as a kid I knew that was wrong and was appalled by this adult woman's blatant selfishness and carelessness.

In my opinion this is the worst, although it's a rare creature to be this terrible.

Back when this cart return shaming was all the rage, I suggested that people do this--take a stray cart from the lot on the way in--and I was buried. I still don't know why, no one would tell me.
