I guess it could be getting installed from a binary that exists on the OS already. I haven't used windows in a long time. I feel like windows and "windows debloat scripts" or the like have gotten worse together. It's like all the people that use to write cool programs or apps for Windows left for Linux and never looked back. (Except the game cracks I guess? Maybe that's even dead now though idk) I mean, it's a good thing. But, it surprises me how awful the nerd support is for Windows now. I guess it's so annoying to work with that no one even bothers anymore. Just uninstall it like a regular app and it doesn't come back on its own from my experience.
