Yes, it is my post, and I am trying to find a reason why it won't work. Sadly, without such a solution, it will be impossible to use many Internet services without having an Android/iOS.

We don't need any age verification if parents just parebt their kinds and have good parental controls.

And that's at least partially their responsibility. The only thing the governments and EU should be expected to do is provide multi-platform tools and manuals that the general population can be reasonably expected to use.
