Good trivia, and I just learnt* that initially Ted Price, CEO of Insomniac Games, answered "over my dead body" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxsZXVtTIuU

    Hmm I wonder what the source for that was. I could see Dave or Greg saying that more than Ted.
