Apparently "grand juries declining an indictment is extremely rare... The grand jury only hears from the prosecution, there is no defense involved. Only a majority of the grand jury has to sign off, not unanimous like in an actual trial."

It used to be that you could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, but in Trump's America, they won't even indict the guy who threw the sandwich. People looking out for people, the way a community should be.
