Larry Ellison is worried about bigger things right now. He personally put up $40 billion as collateral in his son's takeover bid of Warner Brothers Discovery, and that merger has been paused indefinitely due to litigation.

Simultaneously, Oracle is not doing well due to the incredible amount of money they've dumped into AI with no expected return. The stock is down almost 40% over the past year, and could very well drop further.
