Been watching Wonder Man and reminded of this character. The opening part where he says "I consider of myself as a teacher," there is something in the way he speaks that reminds me of another villain or something from another movie but I just can't place it. It has been eating me alive for like 3 days. I don't know if it is the accent, the way he speaks or what. But there is someone out there who reminds me of this character. Anyone got ideas?

The rise and fall in his pitch reminded me a bit of bane's "I was born in it"
