Yes, if you ask the graphene developers. They are known to be rather persnickety about their security features. They are highly critical of devices and security, and if it doesn't meet their standards, they're not going to do it. And most phones don't meet their standards, which is why they don't make graphene OS for anybody else. If you want an OS that's going to run on everybody's phone, you're going to be looking at, like, lineage OS or one of the Linux distributions But unfortunately, there's just not a lot of money and momentum behind these projects. There's people that want them, but nobody really has the capital to really fund and push them and give them a lot of momentum.
