Might be a good horror movie because of the director's track record. But it looks like it's a bad Resident Evil movie, based on the trailer and poster.

    I love Resident Evil. I've played just about all the games and seen all the movies

    I wasn't aware there was a good Resident Evil movie

    really? I think it actually looks pretty close in setting and tone to RE7, and if we're gonna try to adapt any RE game into a movie, I think trying for one of the undisputed best that fully recovered the franchise and brought it into the modern era is a pretty damn good idea.
