Those words make sense on their own and I could probably diagram them as sentences, but put together in that way they don’t seem to parse into anything coherent. I'm sure a lot of people don't need it. Even if they could find it. You can't do the things I mostly do, with a command line. And if the install is broken, I wouldn't try to guess my way to fix it.
