Name and shame. If you use AI to fail to do your job as HR, then you're clearly not worth working with/for.

    hahaha, this is higher effort than most HR departments.

    80% will not even send an email. Of the remaining, 19% will use a template, no money wasted on AI model.

    Not sure if AI or someone messing up a mailmerge. Shame on them for having that template either way

    Mail merge is clinical [userName], but this is straight up asking for a generated response...

    It literally says "write"...

    I’ve seen similar instructions in letter templates for HR stuff pre-AI, but again it’s messed up either way.
