Unless you purchased from Arctic directly, they shouldn't even have that information.

    The resellers are Arctic consumers too.

    If Arctic sells 500 coolers to "ABComputers LTD" in butt-fuck Alabama and charges them the tariff, than ABComputers LTD should get a portion of that rebate and they can add up their share against how many of those 500 they sold and pass it down to their buyers.
