Toph's sightedness jokes are so on point and at the same time respectful, it's a masterclass. My favorites are when

• She yells "there!" pointing down when they are flying on Appa searching for something;
• She hides them in a pocket in the ground and someone yelps "I can't see! There's no light" and she goes "oh no, that's terrible! How could we cope?" very sarcastically.
