They don't need a warrant to search. I'm going to assume he's being charged with obstruction of justice. (Could be wrong)

    I'm not wrong. Border guards do not need a search warrant. The law is very clear on this.

    I should’ve specified. I mean’t you are wrong on what he is being charged with, not that border patrol can search without warrants.
