I'm fucking pissed. And how much do they cost us? When people immigrate, they are a short-term cost to the country (as all migrants are). Question is: do they make us money in the long term. I mean, you were a drain on your country's education money, but you're still allowed to live there, so why shouldn't they be able to? And arguably, the fertility rate (which is around 1.43) of the Netherlands means that there wouldn't really be a need to continue to keep making houses. You can just wait for the population to decline! Like, factoring in the babies (who, uh, don't typically need their own houses), you would need to take in...
