My family think I'm a monster, but it was really nice. I chucked a load of parmesan on too, which really counterbalanced the sweetness of the plums nicely.

Seems crazy, but pineapple on pizza already exists. And I assume our Polish colleagues are close to doing strawberry pizza, so what gives.

I wouldn't try plums or strawberries on pizza. But that's mostly because I hate fruit. Although I like pineapple on pizza and I've had good pizza with pear.

AARGHH! I should have drizzled some balsamic vinegar on as well. Next time...

I have a plumtree and have done plum on a pizza, balsamic reduction and a little bit of soft goat cheese makes it really pop.

yeah, I lived in Rome for a while and they have pear and puntarelle on white pizza and it's fantastic
