So desperate you'll cite CATO (lololol) going out of their way with shitty questions meant to generate rage from their base.

This is just adorable. Do y'all regularly read CATO literature? Find them interesting?

    what cause of the cato institute's is advanced saying they found that americans have a shitty education?

    it's not propaganda just because it's from someone you don't agree with, it might be propaganda, but this doesn't seem like it promotes right-libertarianism.
