Loretta's War Sickle is probably the purest quality-int weapon that I can think of. You should get really good damage if you invest evenly between Str/Dex/Int and you get the same moveset as the Swordspear with longer range. The only disadvantage is that you only get the non-unique Loretta's Slash and you could just put the AoW Loretta's Slash on the Swordspear at the beginning of the game for more or less the same experience.
