it won't be for most users. it woll be for ones who opt out of optional / regulatory minimum data sharing, people connecting through VPNs, people using privacy focused browsers... basically the users they don't have entirely profiled with metadata.
by taking a few steps to adblock and maintain privacy, ive noticed i get a lot more verification"checkpoints" from websites that are basically built on data harvesting compared to people who take no precautions.
