I waa going to write something snarky but instead I'm just going to recommend you spend some time browsing google earth or playing geoguesser.

Europe is mostly an endless sea of knolls with quaint windmills and no internet access.

There's a lot of freaking wild lands in Europe. Just travel anywhere around and you'll notice right away. Some of the most beautiful naturescapes are in Europe.
