Also it seams some people are confusing my android setup with my PC setup so I'll write it down. With the market share of Chrome and Chrome-derived browsers Google basically single-handedly decides how the web works. They decide to implement some functionality, everybody needs to do the same, every other browser "vendor" has to implement it as well now. The consortium deciding about it theoretically is a fig leaf at that point.
