So I'm going to guess you didn't read the article....but in this ONE specific case it's actually the police and city covering the cameras until they're removed. The residences were pissed about data to ice...

Fuck flock fuck Ice and fuck anyone supporting these Nazis

    I actually did read it and I was specifically saying this is about how they were warned BEFORE signing those contracts for the cameras and went ahead anyway, and eventually came to the same conclusions as the concerned citizens that warned them in advance.
