No they won't. Locking yourself in a bunker is about the worst thing you can do in a major crisis. At worst, you are locking yourself in with your own murderers, at best your supplies will dwindle until you have nothing and die. Real life crisis scenarios prove that peppers are only the haves for about an extra week before they join the have-nots. The only way through hardship is together.
