Has nothing to do with it. You didn't read any part of the comment, you replied with a generic response based on trigger words.
You can buy lemmy accounts pretty easily and cheaply given they just need emails. Any account of any age could be a bot, hell most bot farms specifically use old accounts obtained either through exploits or purchasing them en masse.
If you act like a bot, pretending all critics of Ukraine are Russian bots despite them directly calling Russia a genocidal fascist state that illegally invaded Ukraine, then you get called a bot.
Try not to be indistinguishable from a bot next time.
