i even bought one of these things. Takes an ice pack in either side. Completely useless! I'm getting more cold from just putting the ice packs on my body.
Wet a washcloth or hand towel, wring most of the water out of it and put it over the back of your neck.
I haven't heard that nugget of advice in years. Thanks, I'll get on it!
