I am in New Mexico. I grew up with the heat, so I am relatively well adjusted to it, but still hate it.
I feel for you in areas that are not used to this, and do not have infrastructure to deal with it in your homes.
Stay hydrated.
Good point about infrastructure. We have no air conditioning or anything. And now that you mention it - I haven't drank enough water today. Thanks.
