I always knew I was a bit of an imposter on this comm due to being employed and having had sex, but I didn't know there was such an emphasis on prudishness. I thought this was the place where all the cool unstable hot bitches hung out. who's out here covering all their skin and wearing granny panties?
I don't think it's prudishness, I think it's more like embarrassment and comfort. At least, comfort is my guess for the granny panties part. I don't wear those.
I do cover up a lot as a way to hide my body. It helps to alleviate dysphoria. And I get the impression that there are a lot of other transfems here as well. Maybe there are cis girls here that cover up because they are unhappy with their appearance as well.
oh damn you're so right, I hadn't considered like the pre or mid transition transfemmes. All the girlies I know have transitioned, and they're all very happy with their bodies now and like to show them off.
I might be projecting a bit but I'm going to hazzard a guess that a lot of us here probably also have self harm scars we prefer not to show.
