I'd potentially be down for that, depending on how shareholders who operate entirely through retirement funds are hit. Like, I don't actually know what stocks my retirement account has. Just the fund that I have my retirement in. The closest I can get is to see the mix (small cap, large cap, bonds, etc.). Would the people deciding the mix get hit? Would I get a fine for something I didn't even know I technically owned?
Maybe limit the fine to the vote eligible shareholders and the board of directors, but add a 0 or three to the end of the numbers you were thinking.
