I think Umbreon might be asexual, and knows exactly what Sylveon was trying to do. Hence why they made Sylveon sleep on the floor.
I have not seen any indication of that in the comic that the two of them are from, I think that it is just that Pix (the Sylveon) is not a pleasant person to be around and Lucky (The Umbreon) is tired of his shit.
You're right, it could also be that the Sylveon in this comic is just shitty to be around.
