I swear to god biometric security has to be one of those topics with the largest dissonance between how the general public views it and how experts view it because every expert guide recommends you never do any of it.

I'm somewhat of an expert here, and I recommend against biometric ID. But I'm pretty sure I've seen other experts be open to the idea.
