I just skimmed through the... I guess preamble/conceptual architecture documentation, looks good!

Only thing that stands out as potentially concerning is the uh, instant change to position for strokers.

Granted, I've not read of the actual code, nor owned an... articulated stroker, but I would be wary of instant position change commands... those could potentially be quite rapid and thus painful, I'd hope there is some kind of lerp like process that smoothly issues a set of position commands, that gradually climb toward a desired position, instead of instantly snapping to the desired final position.
