They knew this would be a deeply unpopular bill, which is why they refused to open it up to public input...This sets a dangerous precedent for further discriminatory laws. All because the chucklefucks that run Kansas legislation in my home state are fucking bigots and wanted some brownie points from a dementia suffering pres and his vocal minority.
