Costco as they do had some random wedges amongst the Jarlsberg and whatever. This one was "Cloth Bound Cabot" cheddar and it was the best cheese I'd had in a while. Costco as they do had some random wedges amongst the Jarlsberg and whatever. This one was "Cloth Bound Cabot" cheddar and it was the best cheese I'd had in a while.
