Group of three young teenagers all wearing hoodies pulled over their faces nearly hit a group of schoolkids out on excursion while I was in the park this morning.
All three were on the same electric bike. And I'll add for the Americans in the audience that riding powered vehicles through parks is generally illegal and certainly illegal in this park. None wearing helmets and three to a bike are also both illegal.
