Probably some kind of unusual predicament bondage set up, where I'm the rigger and control. One in which the bottom is exposed for penetration, vibing or impact play, at all times. Most of my ideas so far have involved significant quantities of equipment and/or are outdoors in the wild, which makes getting set up properly and safely challenging.
