Putting aside whether your conspiracy theories are even true or not, more money for renewables is better than axing wind farms to pave the way for coal. Have you ever considered that maybe if Biden has friends who make money off renewable then maybe he has a vested interest in renewables succeeding. Meanwhile Trump is taking the money from renewables and setting it on fire just to "spite the libs".

It's abundantly clear that one president has the economic common sense to invest in renewable electricity, the other has the economic common sense of bloody Erdogan.

    Oh sure, if you refuse to vote enough times this mystical communist revolution will come about. And in the meantime I'm sure the climate will be fine. We're all prepared to sacrifice a few million children to climate change if it means we can send Democrats a message that "bombing children is bad".

    Actions have consequences. You can just have dead children from war, or you can have dead children from war and from climate change (and from the climate change wars too).

    I get you're emotional, everyone is. But cutting off your nose to spite your face won't solve anything.

    If you want a better climate there's a fucking Green Party. You don't have to vote for the second worst party. It's not about sending a message it is about not manufacturing consent for the duopoly. By voting for the democrats you are telling them you approve of genocide and that the tiny bit better climate policy is good enough.

    The democrats are all still heavily invested in fossil fuels. The democrats don't give a fuck about climate change and are actively genocidal. They do the bare minimum on climate issues and idiots like you eat it up.

    We're long past the time of consent being manufactured or not. Abstaining in 2026 is an endorsement of Trump.

    The Inflation Reduction Act made America relatively good internationally on climate change. It would have been better if they didn't need the vote of Joe Manchin (a coal mine owner and Democratic senator from a deep red state).

    I said "abstaining", not "voting third party". The fact is that while in 2024 staying home was an expression of antipathy towards the Democrats, in 2026 staying home will be interpreted as an endorsement of Trump. Voting third-party will send a message though, so feel free to do that.

    I'm starting to feel like communicating with you is a waste of the time. It seems like you consider acknowledging that "the Democrats are better than Republicans" is objectively evil.     The evil that the republicans do has no bearing on the fact that the democrats are genocidal racist thieves who actively work to make the rich richer and the poor poorer in america and use military force, threats and manipulation to extort Africa, Asia and South America.
