Bleeper is also a good option. That said, do you have any solution for shorts on YouTube?

I use Revanced, but my wife has an iphone and she struggles.

Well I have android too so I block all shorts with revanced. Maybe she can try YTLite ? https://github.com/dayanch96/YTLite I see on the screenshots there are some yt short settings
