No it doesn't. Because the comment was made in the context of Pokémon if you follow the content thread.

Yes. I suspected as much. It didn’t describe any context of Pokémon… in fact, I don’t see Pokémon mentioned… Pokémon FTW, btw. Oi ha hi. Pikachu!
