Got to say, I'm intrigued by the concept of a cookie perfume, and someone choosing to wear it to the gym of all places! Hopefully provided some motivation to you at least.

There's a category of perfume called 'gourmand' which is used to describe scents that smell like foods. Think baked goods and distinct ingredients like fruits and spices. They're not extremely popular but they are getting increasingly so with the younger crowd nowadays.

It did not motivate me at all though, but in fact made my workout very difficult and unproductive. It's not easy to lift heavy things when you also need worry about being visibly aroused.

Seems kinda weird, and potentially a lot of people will find themselves in a similar position to you, and get weirdly turned on when they smell something baking.

My sympathies for your gym session, not sure what the answer would be in that situation!

It's not weird at all. It's just like any other scent. If somebody finds you attractive already it will enhance that experience but otherwise it's just a smell. In my case she was already someone who was my type and the scent turned that up to 11.

I meant weird in the sense of I don't really understand perfume smelling of food, not something I've come across before. And also weird in the sense of 'dude, why did you just get hard walking past that bakery'.
