Can definitely relate to that "feels like I'd need to have done something a bunch already to have enough practice to do it in the first place" vibe tho. Sure, actual perfection is unrealistic, but it is pretty disheartening to, say, try to draw an unfamiliar thing only to repeatedly fail to make it even vaguely resemble what's in one's head.
