Somehow this car was able to break through the railway fence, hit the rails and jump on the platform.

And car brains say bicycles are dangerous...

Even without that, there's criteria to becoming a driving instructor, and a minimum age to recieve such instruction on public roads. You have to get your Permit first. 12 years old definitely doesn't cut it.
