It was about an hour and a half. And it was a really interesting sensation, because while it was really pinchy, it was all localized to just where the band was and it didn't spread out like you get with clamps. And because the bands were so thin, it was a really really small area, and it was a very unique sensation pain-wise. As something of a pain enthusiast, that was very interesting to find such a novel sensation. Definitely something to try again, next time I'm going to play around with using thicker / more bands!
