I was thinking the same thing. It could be a pepper ball gun or a rubber ball launcher. Still, those things are dangerous and can still injur, maim, or kill someone on a direct hit. It should be treated just like a lethal weapon, not pointed at people haphazardly.
Shouldn't those have orange tips?
Hmm, okay yeah. Could possibly be the rubber bullet mag underneath, and the CO2 gas cannister on the top?
