Thanks I know what it means but there is no existing antifa group, right? I understand a lot of people on lemmy consider themselves anti-facist and that's nice but they're not members of an organized group.

What I'm getting at is the executive order is targeting something that doesn't actually exist irl. I'm guessing this EO is a reaction to protestors in Oregon during Trump's first term who were wearing masks and calling themselves antifa. Was it a real organization then? Seemed like a bunch of kids to me with no actual leadership structure.
