We are seeing: A small decrease in users on Lemmy: https://lemmy.fediverse.observer/dailystats&days=365 And a small increase on Piefed: https://piefed.fediverse.observer/dailystats&days=365 Peertube is up in total users and stabilizing in active users: https://peertube.fediverse.observer/dailystats&days=365 Mastodon is all over the place: https://mastodon.fediverse.observer/dailystats&days=365 Overall pretty good! Keeping the momentum going. Thanks everyone, whichever platform/instance you hail from!

Some people have Gmail, some have outlook or iCloud, some have their own private domain. It really doesn’t matter too much because everyone can talk to everyone else, generally. Local is just every community hosted on Aussie.zone. All is everyone else and every other community in every other server that Aussie.zone is federated to (hasn’t blocked). Discover ability is certainly a problem and I’ve been here for two years and haven’t figured that out except stumbling on new communities on all just like you. You’ve pretty much got a handle on it it seems, I would just suggest a good client like Voyager to make things more intuitive on touchscreens if that’s what you’re looking for. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] plyth@feddit.org 2 points 11 months ago* (last edited 11 months ago) (1 child) List of communities is there: https://lemmy.zip/communities permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] nymnympseudonym@lemmy.world 2 points 11 months ago (2 children) ofc this is Fedi so that's just a list; there is no the list so decentralized, so Internet permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] DamienGramatacus@lemmy.world 3 points 11 months ago Boon and bane permalink fedilink source parent [–] plyth@feddit.org 1 point 11 months ago* Take an instance that federates with almost everybody and "all" will show you everything available. permalink fedilink source parent [–] SethTaylor@lemmy.world 17 points 11 months ago You had no idea what you were doing and somehow you still won permalink fedilink source parent [–] ademir@lemmy.eco.br 13 points 11 months ago (1 child) Hahahaha this is the best comment I ever read! permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] Blaze@lemmy.zip 8 points 11 months ago I think I'll post it to !fedimemes@feddit.uk permalink fedilink source parent [–] Blaze@lemmy.zip 6 points 11 months ago Profile picture checks out permalink fedilink source parent [–] FundMECFS@anarchist.nexus 8 points 11 months ago (3 children) My problem is less the nerdy and niche stuff.
