I can't afford to burn the petrol for that so I've just been using a spray bottle full of iced water to cool off.

Even then, when it isn't enough, I've been using it then immediately blasting myself in the face with compressed air.

I do not recommend that though as solvent abuse can kill you almost instantly and I've been trying not to breathe in after doing it.
