Is it different from a train of thought? Do I just think I have one? Do people have a non metaphorical inner monologue where they physically hear thoughts? What percent are they in control of the thoughts? It's the mental equivalent of literally talking to yourself. Do people have a non metaphorical inner monologue where they physically hear thoughts?
